Check the tank level, the correct position of the tank and wiper module and the amount of water in the app. Clean pads, roller and released filters. Do not open nozzles or pumps with needles unless the instructions specifically allow this.
Settings and exclusion zones
Check whether a vacuum only mode, a carpet zone or a low water level is active. Some models only moisten the system after starting a mopping task.
Insert tank and wiping part
Tank, pad holder or roller must be fully engaged. Only use clean water or an expressly approved cleaner and pay attention to the filling markings.
Clean textiles and roll
Clogged or heavily soiled pads distribute water poorly. Wash or replace consumable parts according to manufacturer's instructions and remove hair from roller ends and wipers.
Do not open the pump yourself
If the floor remains dry despite correct installation, check error messages and support information. Interference with the pump or waterways can affect the guarantee and leaks.
