A self-emptying dock is suitable if suction is the priority. A all-in-one dock is worthwhile for frequent mopping, as long as the water container, dirty water and washing bowl are still maintained regularly.
What does which station do?
charging docks only charge. Extraction stations empty dust. All-in-one docks can also refill water, wash and dry mops and, in some models, dispense cleaning agents.
Measure parking space
Plan width, depth, height for opening the tanks and side clearance. A dock under a shelf can become virtually unusable if the tanks are pulled up.
follow-up costs
Dust bags, filters, rollers, pads and approved cleaners are included in the invoice. Bagless stations save bags but require more frequent container cleaning.
