Check the socket, power supply, station and correct seating. Clean the charging contacts according to the manufacturer's instructions. If there is no charging indicator or the battery becomes unusually hot, disconnect the device and contact support.
Exclude power supply
Test the socket with another device and check all plug connections. Some stations have a separate power switch or only display their status discreetly.
Check charging contacts
Robot and dock must lie flat on top of each other. Remove dry dust with a soft, lint-free cloth and follow the model-specific care instructions.
temperature and longer pause
Very cold or warm batteries can delay charging. After long periods of storage, an extended period of time at the dock may be required. Do not force charge a damaged or swollen battery.
Safety limit
Do not continue charging if there is heat, smell, deformation, liquid damage or damaged cable. Disconnect the device, keep it away from combustible materials and contact the manufacturer or specialist company.
